Hoe is a Registered Financial Planner® (RFP). Currently, he holds Capital Market Services Representative License (CMSRL) from the Securities Commission and Financial Advisor’s Representative license from Bank Negara Malaysia.

Hoe joined Whitman in 2009 and follows a structured and result oriented approach to financial advice.
